Next event: Aldby Park - 2 May

Aldby Park is a landscape park with pleasure grounds which surround a country house (1726). A truly historic garden incorporating the earthwork remains of a motte and ditch, shown on a map of 1663 and a C16th millrace, it was remodelled by Thomas Knowlton in the C18. The same family has owned Aldby Park for nearly five centuries, and after an introductory talk and tour by the present owners and lunch at the house, you will be free to explore the garden and parkland
